Randy Harrington – Branch Manager:
Randy comes to Synergy Capital with a wealth of knowledge and finance experience from 3 different industries. From the Jet Propulsion Lab and the aerospace industry in the early 80's … more than a decade working with commercial and industrial clients on performance based energy retrofits in the 90's … to working in a more personal capacity with home buyers and home owners to assist them in securing the right loan. Randy has successfully applied financial applications to problem solving business challenges as well as industry growth strategies for over 28 years. As a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, Randy's experience and knowledge are available to his clients who range from first time buyers, move-up buyers, investors, equity management clients all the way to those now considering a reverse mortgage. Randy's role as Branch Manager for Synergy Capital allows him to create streamline processes that ultimately insure clients receive a smooth and clear process for their home loan.
Randy has a successful marriage of over 20 years, 3 children and one grandchild. He enjoys starting his days with coffee and conversation at the local coffee shop. Randy loves an early morning on a Southern California beach ... second only to a lazy Sunday afternoon floating around on the pool with his beautiful wife. Randy and his family are active in their community and local church.
Ellen Ferguson - Loan Officer:
Ellen attributes much of her success to a commitment she has of providing not just "customer service" but actual concern and compassion for her clients. Her character provides the framework for what others note as her honesty, integrity and professionalism. With over 25 years experience in the Loan and Real Estate Industry Ellen brings knowledge and experience but she also brings a tireless desire to grow and to serve.
Married for over 40 years, Ellen and her husband Pat have 4 adult children and 8 terrific grandchildren. Spending time with family, church and community are very important to Ellen.
Robin Williams - Sr. Processor:
Robin has made the mortgage business her career for over 20 years. Her experience in the business includes both processing and origination in both wholesale and retail. Robin participated in the real estate sales side for a time and has also utilized her organizational and business management skills for several years in the transportation/logistics industry.
A proud mother of 3 adult daughters as well as 7 grandchildren, Robin cares for her family in a very hands on way including her 96 year old grandmother. Her husband of 5 years, her children, grandchildren, family, friends, traveling and days on the beach, as well as her relationship with the Lord round out Robin's interests and priorities.
